Shipping Options & Delivery Estimates
We provide multiple shipping methods during checkout based on the item’s size, weight, and destination. Estimated transit times include:

These are estimates only and are determined by the shipping provider. CryoByte Labs Inc. is not liable for any delays after the package has been transferred to the carrier.
Order Fulfillment Time
Orders are generally packed and dispatched within 3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be handled on the next available business day. Once your order ships, a confirmation email with tracking information will be sent to you.
Delivery Timing & Responsibility
While we strive to dispatch all orders promptly, CryoByte Labs Inc. assumes no responsibility for shipping delays, lost shipments, or delivery interruptions caused by external factors such as courier delays, customs processing, or environmental conditions. Delivery timeframes are not guaranteed.
Shipment Tracking
When tracking is available, a link or tracking number will be included in your shipping confirmation email. Customers are responsible for monitoring the shipment’s progress and contacting the carrier with any in-transit concerns.
International Deliveries
If your order ships internationally, please be aware that customs duties, taxes, and import fees may be imposed by your country. These charges are not included in your purchase price and are the sole responsibility of the recipient. We are unable to predict or influence these fees.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Shipments
If your shipment appears to be missing or arrives in damaged condition, please notify us within 7 days of the estimated delivery date. We will assist you in initiating a claim with the shipping provider. However, CryoByte Labs Inc. does not assume liability for lost, stolen, or damaged parcels.
Address Verification
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address during checkout. CryoByte Labs Inc. is not responsible for misdeliveries or delays caused by inaccurate or incomplete address information. If you notice an error after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible so we can attempt to correct it before shipment.
